Owned and operated by Kathy Starre Guido, OTR/L, CLT. I am compassionate about self-care, wellness, and preventing illness. With my caring touch and 36 years experience of working with persons from birth to 95 years old, I take into consideration the individual needs of each person I meet.

I am an occupational therapist who graduated from Cleveland State University and am licensed by the state of Ohio. At first, I practiced in pediatrics having worked in hospital, school, home health, and private practice settings. Working with the adult population in home health therapy segwayed into becoming a certified lymphedema therapist, serving four counties in greater Cleveland. Practicing at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation outpatient lymphedema clinic, rounded out my work in oncology rehabilitation. My post-degree certificate in comprehensive lymphedema management is from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. I have worked in the prevention of lymphedema and treatment of lymphedema exclusively for eleven years.

I live in Brecksville with my husband of 35 years and most enjoy spending time with him, family, and friends. My husband and I enjoy entertaining, playing bocce ball on our court, hiking, and biking in the city, metroparks or Cuyahoga Valley National Park. With our youngest child off to college, we have started to travel more. I enjoy plant and flower gardening, reading, sewing, aqua classes, horse riding, and planning gatherings for family and friends.
